Mr. Joy is a synonym for excellence in Chemistry. He is also the founder of VISION KOTA. His long involvement in coaching has made him an ideal role model. His innovative teaching techniques are followed by a large number of teachers in coaching field.

Mr. Joy is dedicated to the statement of belief: “Learning - whatever it takes.” He recognizes that uninterested students do not learn as actively engaged learners do. He is always willing to do anything necessary to help students understand the material at hand and, more than that, catch the fever for knowledge! None of the traditional lecture-type lesson presentations - no round robin reading of dry notes here. He always show the students how to love the process of learning and the students enjoy a hands-on, practical approach to learning, ensuring that many of these exciting lessons will be remembered for a lifetime. It is obvious that how much “behind the scenes” work goes in preparing intricate and innovative lessons, but Mr. Joy knows that all of the work is worth it when students are ready and willing to jump into learning!
